We had to wait over 50 mins for our food and we were the only people dinning ! To be fair when our food finally arrived it was nice. At no point whilst eating were we asked if everything was ok. We finished our meal and waited for our plates to be taken or be asked if we wanted desert or our bill no one came. My wife went to the bar and ask for to pay the bill, whilst paying the bill she noticed a flyer advertising 2 course for £12, she ask why we hadn't be told about the deal when ordering ? The guy replied ' I forgot' !!!! She then commented that the complementary WiFi wasn't working, his rely was ' mine does' !!!. To the the slim guy with glasses who represents The Watermark you customer service skills are shocking and your attitude stinks !
